Is Wellhub free?
Wellhub itself is a platform with both free and paid plans. What Husky offers is access to the platform, not a free subscription to every plan. Your team members can start with a free plan or choose a paid one, depending on what fits their routine.
What exactly does this benefit give my team?
Access to over 28,000 partners including gyms, studios, and wellness apps. For most Brazilians, this kind of access is limited and often tied to traditional full-time employment. Your team gets it simply by being paid through Husky, with no extra cost or paperwork.
Do our team members need to meet a minimum transaction amount to be eligible?
No. Normally, Husky clients need to transact above USD 7,000 within a 60-day period to be eligible for Wellhub. As a corporate partner, this requirement doesn't apply to your team. Everyone you pay through Husky is eligible, regardless of transaction volume.
Is there a limit to how many team members can access Wellhub?
Wellhub access is based on a limited number of licenses. While we work to accommodate all eligible team members from partner companies, availability may vary depending on current capacity.
How does my team activate the benefit?
Once you're paying your team through Husky, eligible members receive an invitation with a sign-up link. They create an account on Wellhub, select Husky by Nomad, and choose their plan. It takes less than 5 minutes.
Can the benefit be removed?
Yes. Wellhub access can be revoked at any time, including due to changes in our partnership terms. Whenever possible, we'll notify you and your team in advance so there's time to plan ahead.
Does this cost anything on our end?
No. There's no additional cost to your company for offering this benefit to your team. It's included as part of paying your workforce through Husky.
